TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective as of April 19th 2025.

By booking a session or entering the premises of The Wreck Room, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
• Sessions are only confirmed once payment is received.
• Gift vouchers and promotional discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively added.

2. CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a reschedule or voucher.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable.
• No-shows forfeit the full booking fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for safety, operational, or weather-related reasons.
• We are flexible where possible as we understand extreme circumstances can arise.
• These policies apply to standard bookings + group bookings.

3. AGE & PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age to participate is 16 years old. Participants aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• All participants must complete and sign a waiver before entering. Minors require parental consent.
• Steel-cap boots are provided and must be worn in all smash rooms.

4. SAFETY & LIABILITY

• The Wreck Room is a high-risk environment. By entering, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation.
• Safety gear must be worn at all times and instructions from staff must be followed.
• The safety + liability must be signed by all participants before starting the experience.
• Any injuries must be reported immediately.
• You agree to indemnify The Wreck Room and its staff from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from your participation.

5. BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

• Intoxicated or aggressive individuals will be refused entry or removed without refund.
• Damage to property outside the designated smash areas will incur repair or replacement costs.
• We reserve the right to stop any session at our discretion for safety or misconduct.

6. MEDIA & PROMOTION

• We may take photos or videos during your session for promotional purposes.
• By entering The Wreck Room, you consent to your image being used in marketing unless you opt out in writing prior to your session.

8. GIFT VOUCHERS

• Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
